Shipping Policy

At Patroa Studio, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping practices.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship worldwide from our studio in Berlin, Germany.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs, and postal service delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred once the package reaches the destination country.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these additional charges.

Shipping Carries


We use reliable shipping carriers, including DPD, UPS, and DHL, to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Issues

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, via email at hi@patroastudio.com. If your package is lost or is late, please contact us via email or Instagram and we will do our best to track & locate your package. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; if that is the case, we will work with you to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase. Patroa Studio is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the outside of European Countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing an order.
